Our cancellation policy is very flexible, allowing you to cancel, reschedule, or modify your booking up to 24 hours before the treatment. However, changes cannot be made within 24 hours, except in exceptional circumstances.

When can changes be made?

Officially declared emergencies and epidemics. Such as local or national emergencies, epidemics, or public health emergencies declared by the government. Please note that as of May 31, 2022, circumstances related to the Covid epidemic are no longer covered under this policy.

Military operations and other hostilities. Including acts of war, invasions, civil war, terrorist attacks, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, and reporting to reserves with a 24-hour notice.

Natural disasters, force majeure events, and large-scale disruptions in essential services like tsunamis.

The death of a first-degree relative, provided it occurred within 7 days preceding the treatment and is accompanied by a death certificate.
Medical events requiring hospitalisation, provided they occurred within 3 days preceding the treatment and are supported by a medical certificate from a hospital.

What is not covered?

Everything else. This policy only allows cancellation under the events mentioned above. It does not apply to other cases. Examples of situations not covered include unexpected illness or non-hospitalizing injuries, menstruation, transportation disruptions, traffic jams, cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which the reservation was made, etc.

What should you do now?

Contact us to cancel your appointment. In any case, you must be prepared to provide documentation demonstrating how the event affected you or your order.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us. If your request for changes is approved, you can reschedule your treatment free of charge within a year.

Gift-Cards:

A. To cancel a purchased voucher, adhere to the Consumer Protection Law 1981 for distance selling.

B. If the voucher is unused and meets specified conditions, the canceler is entitled to a refund within 14 days of the cancellation notice. The refund amount is the voucher's purchase price minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

C. To initiate cancellation, contact the site's customer service in writing, via mail or electronic communication, providing buyer details and voucher information.
